**Job Title**
IT Infrastructure Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver strategic IT infrastructure projects, focusing on Microsoft 365 integration, on‑prem and cloud modernization, and DevOps practices. Drive migration initiatives, maintain compliant environments, and ensure robust project governance and documentation.
**Expectations**
- Deliver projects on scope, time, and quality.
- Adhere to structured project management frameworks and reporting.
- Demonstrate continuous learning toward a senior PM role in an international setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Project Governance** – Define project charters, create detailed plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and produce status reports for stakeholders.
2. **Microsoft 365 Migration** – Assess legacy environments, plan and execute migrations to SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID SSO.
3. **On‑Prem Maintenance & Compliance** – Manage Windows Server, VMware vSphere infrastructures, enforce security controls, and maintain GxP compliance documentation.
4. **Cloud & DevOps Modernization** – Automate deployments with PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines; transition services to Azure cloud‑native architectures.
5. **Project Support & Documentation** – Analyse complex incidents, produce guides, procedures, and deliverables; conduct training sessions for user teams.
**Required Skills**
- Microsoft 365 Suite (Intune, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID/SSO)
- Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere
- Containerization (Docker) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Windows/NTFS security fundamentals
- Azure IaaS, RBAC, networking, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD
- Basic AWS knowledge (optional)
- ITIL, cybersecurity, GxP/GMP/FDA compliance (preferred)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s to Master’s (Bac+3 – Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in IT infrastructure or project management (internship or entry‑level roles acceptable).
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.
