Job Description

**Job Title:** Data Analyst **Role Summary:** Data Analyst responsible for building and maintaining robust data foundations, automating reporting, and delivering actionable insights to improve customer success, operational efficiency, and digital adoption across multiple regions. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, automated dashboards and reports on a recurring basis. - Conduct root‑cause analyses and translate findings into clear recommendations. - Support experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across global datasets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. - Develop and maintain Tableau (or similar) dashboards for stakeholders. - Automate recurring reporting and validation workflows. - Perform root‑cause analysis of customer pain points, digital adoption issues, and operational inefficiencies. - Provide actionable recommendations to optimize customer journeys, staffing, routing, and escalation handling. - Enable and support A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement programs. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years in Data Analytics or Data Science, preferably within Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience. - Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development. - Strong experience with Tableau, Qlik, or comparable visualization tools. - Familiarity with big‑data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark) and ETL processes. - Proficient in Python or R for advanced analytics, automation, and experimentation. - Knowledge of statistical methods and experimentation (A/B testing) preferred. - Exposure to machine learning or Generative AI is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Snowflake SnowPro, AWS Data Analytics) are advantageous but not mandatory.
