Head of Marketing & Communication Team
**Role Summary**
Lead the creation, execution, and evaluation of the company’s overall marketing and communication strategy. Own brand positioning, multi‑channel campaigns, internal and external communication, media relations, and budget management while directing a cross‑functional marketing and communication team.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategic Planning** – Define, refine, and communicate the marketing & communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. **Market Intelligence** – Conduct market research and competitive analysis; translate findings into actionable tactics.
3. **Campaign Management** – Design, launch, and monitor multi‑channel advertising and communication campaigns (digital, print, events).
4. **Content Production** – Oversee creation of articles, videos, brochures, newsletters, social posts; ensure brand consistency.
5. **Digital Presence** – Manage SEO/SEA initiatives, social media engagement, and e‑reputation monitoring.
6. **Team Leadership** – Hire, coach, delegate tasks, set KPIs, and develop a high‑performance marketing team.
7. **Internal Communication** – Create tools and programs that communicate corporate values and projects to employees.
8. **Media & Partnerships** – Build and sustain relationships with press, influencers, and strategic partners; organize press conferences and negotiate media buying.
9. **Budget & ROI** – Prepare and control the marketing budget; develop metrics, report performance to leadership, and adjust plans based on results.
