Job Description: **Job Title** MSBI Consultant **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end Business Intelligence solutions in Microsoft stack: develop and enhance SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, SQL scripts, SSAS cubes, and SSIS/Data Factory ETL pipelines. Drive continuous integration/deployment, document technical specifications, and collaborate with project leads to optimize data processing workflows. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality BI deliverables within agreed timelines. - Maintain source‑code version control and CI/CD pipelines. - Communicate technical requirements to stakeholders and produce clear documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and evolve SSRS reports (v2016) and Power BI visuals. - Write and maintain SQL scripts, procedures, and views for data processing. - Build, extend, and optimize SSAS Multidimensional and Tabular cubes. - Develop, configure, and monitor SSIS packages and Azure Data Factory pipelines. - Propose and implement performance improvements in data processing workflows. - Author technical specifications and documentation for BI components. - Manage source‑code in TFS/Git and execute CI/CD deployments. - Prepare and support production releases of BI artifacts. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Microsoft BI technologies. - Proficient with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS (Multidimensional & Tabular). - Experience with Azure BI services: Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure SSAS. - Strong SQL and relational database knowledge. - Version‑control expertise (TFS, Git or equivalent). - Demonstrated experience in CI/CD pipelines for BI solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). - Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate) are advantageous but not mandatory.
