Job Description: **Job Title**: Finance IT Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead the development and maintenance of the Finance information system roadmap, manage finance‑centric IT projects, and provide functional and application support for finance and HR systems within a large enterprise. **Expectations** - Deliver IT projects on time, within scope and budget. - Maintain operational excellence of finance and HR applications. - Foster collaboration with external vendors and internal finance/HR stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, execute and close finance (and related HR) IT projects (e.g., electronic invoicing compliance, ERP migration). - Ensure availability, security, supervision and data quality of finance and HR applications. - Manage service levels, define SLAs/KPIs, and conduct project reviews. - Coordinate external partners and internal teams, maintaining project documentation and flow mapping. - Act as primary liaison for finance and HR departments on system issues and improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - Application project management (Agile & Waterfall/Cycle V). - Deep understanding of finance and HR business processes and tools. - General IT knowledge; SIRH project experience a plus. - Professional English for communication with subsidiaries. - Strong analytical, prioritisation, decision‑making, autonomy and service‑oriented mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum 5 years in a similar finance IT project role or AMOA finance support.
