Job Description: Job title: Head of Product Management Role Summary: Lead the product function for a digital healthcare organization, defining vision, driving roadmaps, managing end‑to‑end product lifecycle, and collaborating across clinical, operational, data, and technology teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Expactations: Demonstrate senior product leadership, coach and grow a cross‑functional team, set strategic direction, ensure value from supplier partnerships, and maintain clear governance and communication within the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute product vision and multi‑year digital roadmaps. • Oversee the full product lifecycle for SaaS and bespoke clinical systems. • Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional product team. • Partner with clinical, operational, data, and technology stakeholders to align product strategy. • Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring cost‑effective solutions. • Drive data‑driven decision making and monitor key product metrics. • Communicate product strategy, progress, and governance to senior leadership and stakeholders. Required Skills: • Proven senior product management experience in a fast‑moving, user‑centered environment. • Strong leadership, coaching, and team building capabilities. • Strategic planning and road‑mapping expertise. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration. • Data analysis and metrics‑driven decision making. • Experience with SaaS product lifecycle and digital health solutions. • Superior communication and presentation skills. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field (MBA preferred). • Product management certification (e.g., AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute, or similar) is an advantage.
