Job Description
Job Title: HR Data Analyst Role Summary: Collect, cleanse, analyze, and interpret HR data to uncover insights that inform people strategy and support reproductive choice initiatives. Deliver actionable reports and dashboards to stakeholders and contribute to data‑driven decision making. Expectations: - 12‑month fixed‑term contract. - Hybrid work arrangement with full‑time hours distributed over five days. Key Responsibilities: - Gather HR data from multiple systems and sources. - Perform data quality checks, cleaning, and validation. - Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and key metrics. - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and standard reports for HR and business leaders. - Translate analytical findings into clear, concise recommendations that drive strategic action. - Collaborate with HR teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. - Support ad‑hoc analyses and special projects as requested by senior management. Required Skills: - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). - Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. - Knowledge of HR concepts, metrics, and workforce analytics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline. - Relevant certifications in HR analytics, data science, or business intelligence (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SAS, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are a plus. ---
