Job Description

Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer – Managed Services Provider Role Summary: Deliver and manage infrastructure and cloud projects for multiple clients within a managed services environment, guiding technical strategy, service delivery, and process improvement, while positioning for future leadership roles. Expectations: - Serve as technical lead on client engagements, overseeing project scope, delivery, and quality. - Influence service delivery practices and drive continuous improvement across the PS function. - Progress toward senior engineering or team lead responsibilities through demonstrable impact and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, implement, and support Microsoft‑centric infrastructure solutions (O365, Azure AD, Windows Server, AD, Hyper‑V/VMware). - Lead technical discussions with clients to shape IT roadmaps and strategy. - Manage full‑cycle onboarding/offboarding of clients, ensuring seamless transition and high service standards. - Identify and implement process and technology improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and security. - Act as the liaison between technical delivery teams and client stakeholders, translating technical solutions into business outcomes. - Educate and coach service delivery staff on best practices, new technologies, and service standards. Required Skills: - Proven experience in an MSP or multi‑client environment. - Deep knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (O365, Azure AD, Windows Server, AD, Hyper‑V/VMware). - Strong networking and security expertise (Cisco, Meraki, Sophos, etc.). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills. - Self‑starter mindset with a passion for emerging technology and innovation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Industry certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate/Expert, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, CCNA/CCNP, or similar credentials.
