Job Description
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer **Role Summary:** Responsible for designing, implementing, validating, and continuously improving manufacturing processes with a focus on zero defects and lean principles. Ensures effective documentation, data-driven process control, and cross-functional communication to enhance product quality and efficiency. **Expectations:** - Deliver zero-defect manufacturing outcomes. - Apply lean and continuous improvement methodologies to all processes. - Utilize data to demonstrate process performance and identify improvement opportunities. - Communicate technical issues clearly at all organizational levels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, validate, and maintain manufacturing process designs and associated documentation. - Govern and enforce process controls to ensure consistent quality. - Capture, analyze, and report process data to support decision-making. - Read and interpret technical drawings related to manufacturing and repair. - Identify and implement lean improvements across production activities. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in manufacturing system concepts and tools. - Understanding of lean manufacturing principles. - Strong analytical skills for data capture and interpretation. - Ability to read and apply technical drawings. - Computer literacy and effective written and verbal communication. - Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive attitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - HNC (Higher National Certificate) in Engineering or equivalent engineering experience.
