Krispy Kreme UK Ltd has been operating in the UK since its launch in Harrods in 2003. We are a retailer of premium, high quality doughnuts and coffee. Krispy Kreme UK currently operates over 120 locations and has a presence in over 1100 in-store cabinets with retail partners including Tesco, Morrisons, Costco and Center Parcs outlets across the country.
In2018, we went across to the Emerald Isle in Ireland and opened our first Theatre store in Blanchardstown, Dublin. Since 2021 we have had huge success in Ireland opening a Factory in Naas and our flagship store in Dublin City in August 2022! We now have a further 5 stores opened across Southern Ireland with more additional growth to come in 2023 so watch this space!

Traditionally, Krispy Kremes are sold in dozens – a unique taste treat to be shared and enjoyed with your friends, colleagues or if you want, just you alone! In addition, all stores offer Krispy Kreme’s signature coffee, which is made from high-quality coffee beans roasted by Krispy Kreme to exact specifications.

Job Description
Job Title: Demand Planning Partner – Grocery Role Summary: Lead end-to-end grocery demand forecasting and inventory balancing for retail partners, ensuring optimal product availability while controlling waste and supporting promotional and launch activities across sales, procurement, logistics, and commercial functions. Expactations: Deliver consistent, accurate forecasts; maintain availability and waste KPI targets; translate data insights into actionable recommendations; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; influence decision making at all levels; adapt quickly to changing market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for grocery partners, integrating promotional plans, new product introductions, and range reviews. - Monitor and drive performance against availability and waste KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities. - Partner with procurement to align ingredient and material supply with forecast volumes. - Support range changes, product launches, and de‑listings, ensuring seamless execution. - Analyze sales and inventory data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for shelf‑presence optimization. - Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders in clear, concise formats. Required Skills: - Proven experience in demand forecasting within FMCG or grocery sectors. - Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Power Query) and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge highly desirable. - Strong analytical ability to extract insights from complex datasets. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. - High organization, time‑management, and adaptability in fast‑paced environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). No specific certifications required.
