Job Title: HR BI & HRIS Technical Analyst Role Summary: Acts as the main HR BI specialist and HRIS technical expert within a finance‑IT team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining HR data reports, dashboards, and HR system operations. Leads the migration of the legacy decision‑making system to Power BI, and manages the day‑to‑day execution and optimization of HRIS processes and interfaces. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality HR business intelligence solutions using MyReport BE and Power BI. - Spearhead the strategic migration to Power BI, ensuring seamless transition and stakeholder alignment. - Oversee the operational use of the HRIS, guaranteeing accurate data flows for payroll, accounting, and HR processes. - Provide technical support, user training, and continuous improvement to HRIS and BI tools.
