**Job Title:** Network Team Lead (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the network function within the Infrastructure & Operations department, driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, cloud networking, and Zero Trust architectures. Provide technical leadership, ensure service quality and security, and serve as the primary liaison between the network team, cybersecurity, and business units.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of networking experience, including at least 3 years in operational management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop expert network engineers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Operational English proficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute the network roadmap (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, global hubs, cloud networking, Zero Trust).
- Design and evolve network architecture ensuring interoperability and coherence.
- Conduct technology watch and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity to enforce network security controls.
- Manage network deployment, migration, and large‑scale automation projects.
- Lead a team of network experts, providing coaching and performance oversight.
- Ensure SLA adherence, service quality, and operational/security maintenance of centralized management tools.
- Provide Level‑3 network support and incident resolution.
- Oversee security of industrial IT networks converging with corporate IT.
- Advise the Infrastructure & Operations Manager on strategy and budgeting.
- Govern service catalog, lifecycle management, automation, and CMDB updates.
- Promote network capabilities to business lines to drive innovation.
- Serve as the global interconnection (SD‑WAN) and Equinix HUB reference.
- Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and partners.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS.
- Expertise in WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, SASE, private 4/5G, VRF.
- Network security proficiency (firewalls, NAC, SSE, CASB).
- Cloud networking experience with Azure, GCP, OCI (ExpressRoute, Interconnect, FastConnect).
- Hands‑on with Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Zscaler solutions.
- Monitoring tools (e.g., Centreon) and large‑scale automation/deployment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Leadership, team building, and project management capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Aruba ACE, TOGAF) are preferred but not mandatory.
