Job Description: Job title: Cybercrime Analyst (CyberFirst Graduate role) Role Summary: Entry‑level analyst supporting the Technical Operations team in cybercrime detection and incident response. Responsibilities include threat analysis, classification of malicious digital assets, and communication of findings to stakeholders, with a focus on rapid disruption of cyber‑attacks. Expectations: • Learn and apply cybersecurity fundamentals through structured training. • Respond to cyber incidents, analyze threat intelligence, and provide actionable recommendations. • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams. • Continuously propose process improvements and new detection techniques. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct cybercrime incident response and threat analysis. 2. Classify malicious websites, social media profiles, apps, emails, and phone numbers. 3. Deliver concise written reports and feedback to customers and internal stakeholders. 4. Identify and suggest enhancements to workflows and detection processes.
