**Job Title:** Senior IT Coordinator – Support & Projects (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead senior-level technical support (L1/L2), manage IT assets and identity & access (IAM), and coordinate IT projects in an environment dominated by macOS and Google Workspace.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support/operations and project coordination.
- Proven ability to diagnose, prioritize, and communicate complex technical issues.
- Strong documentation skills: runbooks, SOPs, KPI tracking.
- Experience supervising junior staff or interns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Support & Operations*
- Resolve workstation, SaaS, network, and peripheral incidents with senior‑level rigor.
- Maintain and evolve escalation processes, runbooks, and service‑quality KPIs.
- Liaise with vendors/editions for out‑of‑scope issues; drive resolution.
- Mentor and supervise alternants.
*Asset & Lifecycle Management*
- Inventory, assign, return, and lifecycle‑track all hardware and software assets.
- Prepare, deploy, update, and license‑track macOS devices and software.
- Contribute to budgeting, renewal, rationalization, and procurement recommendations.
*Access & Security*
- Manage IAM: onboarding/off‑boarding, rights allocation, reviews, traceability.
- Support IT cybersecurity posture: workstation protection, training, remote security, office physical security.
*Project Coordination*
- Plan, initiate, and monitor IT projects (IAM workflows, fleet management, tool procurement).
- Drive continuous improvement of support processes and industrialization initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Expert macOS deployment, troubleshooting, and best practices (99 % environment).
- Proficient with Google Workspace administration.
- Strong networking fundamentals: diagnostics, Wi‑Fi, LAN, protocols.
- Structured approach to documentation and process improvement.
- High service orientation, capacity to manage volume without quality loss.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Apple Certified Support Professional, or equivalent are advantageous.
