Expactations: Deliver clean, high‑performing code, actively participate in design discussions, adhere to quality and security standards, and provide clear technical communication to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze requirements and engage in technical design. • Write C# code using ASP.NET, MVC, and modern .NET patterns. • Develop and consume REST/RPC APIs. • Build and maintain SQL Server data models. • Participate in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub). • Conduct unit, integration, and mock testing. • Diagnose and resolve bugs, refactor code, and enhance performance. • Draft and update documentation throughout the SDLC. • Review code, promote best practices, and enforce standards. • Ensure compliance with quality and security requirements. Required Skills: • 3+ years in software development, deep knowledge of .NET ecosystem. • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server. • Experience with RESTful and RPC APIs. • Version control with Git. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub workflows. • Agile methodology experience; CI/CD implementation. • Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS). • Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and time‑management. • Excellent communication and teamwork. Job title: Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (Contract) Role Summary: Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, primarily within Sales & Customer Engagement modules, and extend functionality across the Microsoft Power Platform for a high‑performance IT Applications team. Expectations: - Deliver end‑to‑end CRM solutions that meet complex business requirements. - Maintain high coding quality, adherence to best practices, and thorough testing. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project teams, and internal developers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop custom Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Sales and Customer Engagement. - Create and maintain Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Dataverse configurations. - Integrate CRM with Microsoft 365 Office tools and third‑party data sources. - Develop and maintain C# plugins, JavaScript web resources, and Power BI reports. - Own technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, and code quality assurance. - Apply ALM principles using CoE Toolkit or ALM Accelerator within Power Platform. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement activities.
