Data and Compliance Integrity Manager
**Role Summary**
Spearheads data integrity and compliance across the apprenticeship portfolio. Oversees audit readiness, funding accuracy, and quality assurance for the Department for Education, Ofsted, and EPAO. Drives continuous improvement using data analytics, process automation, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure compliance and supply chain integrity.
**Expectations**
- Mastery of apprenticeship funding rules, audit procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Commercial awareness of the impact of compliance on business outcomes.
- Proficient in data storytelling, insight generation, and presenting actionable recommendations.
- Proven leadership in compliance operations, with a track record of building trust and fostering empowerment.
- Adept at leveraging technology (Aptem, Salesforce, Power BI, etc.) to streamline processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and monitor compliant onboarding for learners, ensuring eligibility, prior attainment, and evidence accuracy.
- Maintain end‑to‑end compliance systems from enrolment to achievement, including file audits and data validation.
- Lead internal and external audits (DfE, Ofsted, EPAO), preparing documentation and ensuring timely corrective action.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities; translate findings into action plans.
- Educate and guide teams on compliance requirements, fostering accountability and consistency.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, and innovation in compliance workflows.
