**Job Title:** Talent Strategy and Enablement Director
**Role Summary:** Leads the enterprise‑wide design, implementation, and global execution of a skills‑based talent management program. Owns the skills framework, career architecture, and the technology platforms that embed skills into talent processes, enabling workforce agility, internal mobility, and accelerated development of critical talent across the organization. Works closely with GTM&D leaders, HR business partners, and P&C COEs to translate business objectives into scalable talent solutions.

- Drive adoption of a unified skills taxonomy and career architecture across all business units.
- Integrate AI‑powered technology to automate and scale skills management.
- Consult with senior leaders on organizational design, capability building, and talent strategy alignment.
- Ensure consistent delivery of talent processes, metrics, and reporting at the global level.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and evolve the enterprise skills framework (taxonomy, proficiency definitions, governance).
- Embed skills in core talent processes (performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, learning prioritization).
- Lead the design of career architecture and navigation strategy, ensuring clarity and alignment with job families and global levels.
- Serve as GTM&D product owner for skills and career technology platforms—define vision, roadmap, and success measures; partner with HR Technology, vendors, and analytics.
- Conduct organizational assessments, diagnostics, and provide SME guidance for process execution (OTR, GPS, Engagement, Careers, Talent Development).
- Build capability among HR and leaders to use skills and career data for decision making.
- Administer and interpret 360 assessments and other globally adopted assessments for senior and executive populations.
- Translate skills data into actionable insights for leaders; partner with workforce planning and analytics teams.
