Job Description
**Job title**: Marketing Manager – France & Benelux **Role Summary**: Own and execute the localized marketing plan for France and Benelux, driving demand generation across offline and online channels, measuring effectiveness, and reporting ROI to the Europe marketing lead. **Expactations**: - Deliver measurable demand‑generation results in line with the EMEA strategy. - Build strong relationships with local sales and cross‑functional teams. - Lead initiatives that grow the marketing footprint and team capacity in the region. - Maintain high confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to deadlines. **Key Responsibilities**: - Localise and implement the EMEA marketing strategy for France & Benelux. - Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, conferences, and digital campaigns. - Optimize and track performance metrics: leads, opportunities, CPL, CPO, and ROI. - Report results and insights to senior management. - Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. - Manage marketing technology tools (CRM, campaign platforms, social media). **Required Skills**: - Fluency in English and French (written & spoken). - Deep understanding of the France & Benelux marketing mix: events, email, web, social, search, display. - Experience managing events/conferences and executing digital campaigns. - Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., Pardot), social media, and analytics. - Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive storytelling. - Ability to work independently in a virtual, multicultural environment. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Master’s degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred. - Minimum 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a global SaaS or technology firm, with exposure to finance/legal sectors.
