**Job Title**
Head of Digital Factory
**Role Summary**
Leads the conception, development, and industrial‑scale delivery of the group’s digital products. Shapes a multi‑project, multi‑technology product organization, aligns the Digital Factory roadmap with corporate transformation goals, and ensures solutions are high‑quality, secure, performant, and sustainable.
**Expectations**
- Define and execute the Digital Factory strategy and governance.
- Accelerate project delivery using agile, MVP/POC approaches and innovative technologies.
- Build and nurture a high‑performing, cross‑functional product team.
- Partner closely with business units, IT, security, and infrastructure to translate needs into valuable digital solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy & Governance:** Create the Digital Factory roadmap; integrate robust project governance with the IT department; maintain technology and methodology watch.
- **Project Delivery:** Organize, plan, and supervise digital project execution; manage resources, risks, and KPIs (quality, cost, schedule); oversee internal and external development teams and Product Owners.
- **Leadership & Team Management:** Recruit, develop, and lead developers, QA, tech leads, PO’s; embed product and agile cultures (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean); champion technical excellence (DevOps, Sec‑by‑Design, clean code).
- **Collaboration & Communication:** Work closely with business, IT, marketing, data, and flow teams; drive adoption, change management, and support for digital products; represent the Digital Factory in governance forums.
**Required Skills**
- Mastery of agile methods and digital project management (MVP, POC, iterative delivery).
- Expertise in modern architectures: microservices, API‑first, cloud (Azure), serverless, headless.
- Strong leadership and influence in matrix environments.
- Business acumen to translate functional problems into high‑value digital solutions.
- Proficiency in delivery best practices: DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, security by design.
- Curiosity for emerging tech (generative AI, automation, composable architecture).
- Rigor in solution industrialization combined with flexibility for technological exploration.
- Excellent communication in English (fluent).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience leading complex digital projects, with significant time directing a Digital Factory or internal delivery center.
- Proven experience in agile, start‑up/scale‑up or fintech environments and modernizing legacy IT landscapes.
