Job Title: Senior IT Service Desk Engineer Role Summary: Lead onsite support for a central office, resolving incidents, managing assets, documenting solutions, mentoring staff, and contributing to continuous improvement. Expactations: • Minimum 3 years in a technical support role. • ITIL v4 Foundation certification. • Strong problem‑solving and ability to learn new technologies. • High attention to detail and effective workload management. Key Responsibilities: • Resolve incidents and service requests across all device types. • Manage IT assets accurately and responsibly. • Support major incidents and lead problem investigations. • Prepare clear user documentation and guidance. • Mentor colleagues during escalations. • Introduce and support new technologies. • Attend scheduled cross‑team meetings to maintain cohesion. Required Skills: • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Intune, Active Directory, remote support tools. • Experience with ITSM systems, notably ServiceNow. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication abilities. • Ability to explain technical information clearly to non‑technical users. • Face‑to‑face support experience in a professional setting. Required Education & Certifications: • ITIL v4 Foundation certification. • Relevant technical certifications or training (e.g., Microsoft or Cisco certifications).
