Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Developer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Field Service, Sales, and Service Cloud platforms. Translate business requirements into technical implementations aligned with enterprise architecture standards. **Expectations** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience. Mandatory certifications in Salesforce Platform Developer I & II. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft). - Configure and optimize Salesforce Cloud features, including case management, Omni-channel routing, and Einstein bots. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions. - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins. - Troubleshoot platform issues, provide mentorship to junior developers, and stay current with Salesforce innovations. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL/SOSL. - Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce deployments and multi-org environments. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and Salesforce security standards. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications. - Proven enterprise Salesforce implementation experience.
