Job title: Senior Data / ERP Manager
Role Summary
Lead strategic data and ERP initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, data architecture, governance, and stakeholder collaboration to enable reliable data and actionable insights across the organization.
Expectations
Deliver high‑quality data infrastructure and ERP deployments on schedule and within budget. Demonstrate strong project leadership, cross‑functional communication, and analytical rigor. Provide data‑driven decision support and drive adoption of BI tools. Maintain compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, structure, and validate data from internal and external sources (production, inputs, climate, labor, equipment).
- Design and maintain dashboards for agricultural project tracking (crop status, yields, cost variance, parcel performance).
- Produce actionable analyses for business stakeholders.
- Pilot data and ERP projects: scope, plan, execute, deploy, and manage change.
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve project goals.
- Implement or evolve data architecture (data warehouse, APIs, reference models).
- Establish and enforce data governance (quality, security, cataloging, authorization).
- Define, monitor, and report on project KPIs (deliverable quality, tool adoption, value creation).
Required Skills
- Project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Prince2, V‑cycle.
- ERP systems: SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, others.
- BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView.
- Data fundamentals: architecture, governance, ETL, relational databases, SQL.
- Cybersecurity and compliance: GDPR, ISO 27001.
- Cross‑functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team motivation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leaders.
- Strong analytical mindset, results orientation, prioritization, and deadline adherence.
- Adaptability and continuous technology curiosity.
Required Education & Certifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Engineering school, Master in Information Systems, Data Management, Project Management).
- 5‑7 years of experience in data/ERP project management or BI consulting (MOA/MOE).
- Native French; professional English a plus.
