Job Description

Job Title: Logistics Operations Agent Role Summary: Oversee daily logistics operations, including handling, storage, and shipment of goods; coordinate transportation and supplier logistics; ensure compliance with shipping documents and operational procedures; maintain accurate tracking systems and dashboards. Expectations: 2–3 years of experience in a logistics or operations role (entry‑level positions may be considered). Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily logistics operations and manage scheduling of goods flow (receiving, storage, dispatch). - Organize transportation and track deliveries end‑to‑end. - Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third‑party logistics providers. - Verify the accuracy and compliance of shipping documents and transport paperwork. - Enforce adherence to deadlines, cost targets, and standard operating procedures. - Update information systems, ERP, and performance dashboards. - Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of logistics processes. Required Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. - Strong organizational and coordination abilities. - Detail‑oriented with a focus on documentation compliance. - Fluent in French; knowledge of English is advantageous. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of a Baccalauréat niveau 2–3 in Logistics, Transportation, or Operations Management. - Relevant professional certificates in logistics or supply chain preferred but not mandatory.
