**Job Title**
IT Project Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT projects, from scoping and planning through delivery and post‑deployment support. Use Agile and traditional methods to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure that technical and functional deliverables meet quality standards.
**Expactations**
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with agreed scope.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and progress.
- Champion continuous improvement, adapting project practices to achieve higher quality and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans; monitor progress and apply corrective actions.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and partners; manage sub‑contractor relationships when applicable.
- Control project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast financial performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Conduct daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings.
- Ensure quality of deliverables through close liaison with development and operations teams.
- Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and support post‑deployment support activities.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years of IT project management experience.
- Proficiency in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, security, and development environments.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team‑building abilities; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skill with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, Notion, etc.
- Ability to manage multi‑disciplinary, cross‑functional projects.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management.
- Recognized project management certification is a plus: PMP, Prince2, Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage.
