Job Title: Data Annotator Role Summary: Assist AI model development for story‑driven virtual environments by annotating, reviewing, and refining dialogue, quests, scenes, and character interactions to improve accuracy and performance. Expactations: Provide precise, consistent annotations; evaluate AI responses against quality guidelines; support world‑building; communicate feedback clearly; work flexibly within set guidelines and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Annotate and review content across dialogues, quests, scenes, and character interactions. - Build and expand world‑building data: character profiles, narrative details, and setting descriptions. - Evaluate and score AI responses using established quality metrics. - Maintain consistency, accuracy, and completeness in all annotated datasets. - Collaborate with creative and technical teams to integrate findings into model training. - Adjust annotations to evolving project requirements and feedback cycles. Required Skills: - Fluent English (excellent written and verbal communication). - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to follow structured guidelines and produce consistent outputs. - Comfortable providing constructive, clear feedback. - Comfortable working independently and in a flexible, dynamic environment. - Familiarity with gaming, narrative design, or AI concepts is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred). - No formal certifications required, but knowledge of AI/ML or data annotation tools is advantageous.
