**Role Summary**
Drive sustainable growth of Nespresso Professional in the Brussels and Wallonia region by prospecting and closing new Horeca accounts while managing a portfolio of 50 existing B2B clients. Act as the single point of contact, ensuring retention, upselling, cross‑selling, and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a high‑activity prospecting cadence (field visits, cold calls, social selling, trade fairs).
- Provide excellent customer service and act as brand ambassador.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, installation, finance).

**Key Responsibilities**
*Prospecting (≈70 %)*
- Manage full sales cycle: identify prospects → qualification → presentation → negotiation → closure.
- Conduct daily field visits, door‑to‑door, cold calls, social selling, and networking at trade fairs.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline with frequent activity.
- Generate leads through proactive commercial actions.
- Present Nespresso Professional concepts, machines, and premium coffee solutions to decision‑makers.
- Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on commercial offers until signature.
- Coordinate machine installation and customer onboarding.
*Account Management (≈30 %)*
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned portfolio of 50 Horeca clients.
- Secure contract renewals, identify risks, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop accounts via upselling and cross‑selling (new venues, service packages, coffee, accessories).
- Reactivate dormant customers.
- Conduct structured field visits and business reviews.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, produce regular reporting, and manage contractual follow‑up.
**Required Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- 1‑3 years of sales experience, proven prospecting and new‑business acquisition.
- Strong cold‑calling, door‑to‑door, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience managing and growing a B2B portfolio.
- Knowledge of the Horeca sector, coffee machines, or foodservice solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Commercial mindset, resilience, target‑driven, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Team player, proactive, persistent.
- Fluency in Dutch and French; good command of English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
