About the Company

La Fondation OVE est reconnue d'utilité publique. Créée en 1945, sous l'égide d'Yves Farge, commissaire de la République, OVE (à l'origine Oeuvre des villages d'enfants) a d'abord pris en charge des enfants victimes de la guerre. Ses valeurs sont fondées sur le refus de l'exclusion. En janvier 2015, OVE gère un dispositif d'une soixantaine d'établissements et services sociaux et médico-sociaux pour personnes en situation de handicap ou en grande difficulté, adultes, adolescents et enfants. En 2019, la Fondation OVE pilote plus de 100 établissements et services médico-sociaux, de répit et d'accueil d'urgence en France, avec 2500 salariés, au service de plus de 5000 personnes accompagnées chaque année. Job Description
**Job Title:** Human Resources Assistant (HR Assistant) **Role Summary:** Provide administrative support to the HR function, handling personnel file management, data entry, and the execution of HR processes while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal procedures. **Expectations:** - Temporary assignment (minimum 1 month) with possible extension. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records. - Process HR transactions promptly and reliably. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams and support HR communication initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage employee dossiers: contracts, amendments, correspondence, statutory declarations, and ongoing administrative follow‑up. - Input and update information in the HR information system (HRIS) and monitor key HR indicators. - Contribute to the revision and maintenance of HR procedures, standard letters, and internal documentation. - Assist in HR communications and coordinate with other departments as needed. - Perform additional administrative tasks related to HR as required. **Required Skills:** - Solid understanding of HR administration and social/ labour law. - Proficiency with HRIS and standard office software. - Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and autonomous work style. - Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bac + 2/3 (equivalent to an Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Human Resources, listed in the RNCP (French National Register of Professional Certifications).
