**Job Title** Assistant Business Analyst & Demand Planning (Intern) --- **Role Summary** A 6‑month internship supporting the Senior Business Analyst and Demand Planner within the Business Supply & Flux department. The candidate will analyze performance metrics, develop and optimize reporting dashboards (including Tableau transition), and assist in international stock and replenishment planning across Europe, Asia, and the USA. --- **Expectations** * Deliver timely, accurate analyses that inform collection planning and purchasing decisions. * Support strategic meetings with clear, data‑driven presentations. * Transition existing weekly reports to Tableau and create impactful dashboards. * Maintain and refine demand‑planning reports, ensuring cross‑regional inventory alignment. * Collaborate across marketing, digital, sales, visual merchandising, and finance to enable data‑driven decisions. --- **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Reporting & Performance Analysis** * Update and refine weekly performance reports for collections. * Prepare slide decks for commercial, executive, outlet, and press day meetings. * Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics. * Conduct ad‑hoc analytical studies and provide actionable recommendations for upcoming collection plans and purchase volumes. * Evaluate exclusivity, capsule, accessory line performance, individual store metrics, and promotional impact. * Compile end‑of‑season reviews. 2. **International Stock & Replenishment Optimization** * Update and monitor Demand Planning reports for the three regions (Europe, Asia, USA). * Participate in weekly allocation optimization meetings, managing transfer requests and stock push decisions. * Collaborate with logistics and sourcing teams to balance inventory levels across regions. 3. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** * Work with marketing, digital, sales, visual merchandising, and finance teams on spot analyses and projects. * Ensure alignment of reporting tools and data definitions across departments. --- **Required Skills** * Strong analytical and data synthesis abilities. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA). * Basic to intermediate experience with Tableau or similar BI tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data insights into clear presentations. * Independent, organized, and self‑motivated with a curiosity for innovative solutions. * Proficiency in English (spoken and written). --- **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s (Bac + 4/5) or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. * Relevant coursework or experience in supply chain, demand planning, or business analytics. * Internship or project experience in a retail or fashion environment is a plus.
