**Job Title**
Visual Identity & Visual Coordination Manager (Fixed-term 4 months)
**Role Summary**
Lead the graphic identity of the brand across all digital and print touchpoints. Serve as the link between Digital and Marketing, ensuring visual consistency, coordinating creative workflows, supervising a small team, and driving innovation in brand expression.
**Expectations**

- Manage and mentor a 3‑person creative team
- Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners
- Stay updated on market trends and propose creative advancements
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Visual Identity Management** – Uphold brand coherence on all channels (print, digital, retail, events). Adapt and enrich the identity for seasonal activations, campaigns, and retail projects.
2. **Creative & Production Coordination** – Bridge Digital and Marketing for visual productions (UX/UI, homepages, CRM, acquisition campaigns, social media). Lead creative workflow, ensuring quality, consistency, and deadline compliance.
3. **Interface Design Support** – Guide teams in crafting and evolving digital interfaces (mock‑ups, UX/UI, customer journeys).
4. **Digital Asset Production** – Oversee newsletters, CRM content, landing pages, homepages, and digital calendar roll‑outs.
5. **Offline Asset Production** – Supervise OOH, PLV, packaging, event materials, shop decor, retail assets (leaflets, tags, invitations).
6. **Social Media Visuals** – Manage the evolution and maintenance of social media visual universes (grids, stories, TikTok).
7. **Operational Coordination** – Align Marketing, Digital, Retail, e‑Commerce, and Communication. Ensure visual compliance across all markets (Europe, Americas, MENA, APAC).
8. **Team Management** – Allocate workload, set production schedules, and oversee team delivery.
9. **Creative Research & Innovation** – Conduct regular trend scouting and competitor analysis. Recommend new visual strategies and creative innovations.
**Required Skills**
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong digital design skills (UI/UX, Figma)
- Motion‑design knowledge (Premiere Pro/After Effects)
- Mastery of print production processes and graphic chain
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative communication
- Proven project and production flow coordination
- Keen visual sensibility and aesthetic culture
- Detail orientation, rigor, and adaptability
- Ability to manage parallel projects in a dynamic environment
- Bilingual: French and English
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
