Job title: Logistics Assistant Role Summary Support operational logistics for a medical equipment warehouse, handling daily order preparation, supplier goods receipts, stock integration, warehouse organization, space cleanliness, and after‑sales support documentation. May evolve into administrative and IT‑related logistics tasks. Expactations * Organized and detail‑oriented. * Team player with proactive attitude. * Preferably experienced in logistics, order picking or inventory management. * Comfortable using basic computer applications. * Willingness to develop skills in logistics information systems and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and pack medical equipment for daily shipments. * Receive, inspect, and record supplier goods, updating inventory records. * Store and arrange items to maintain an orderly, accessible warehouse layout. * Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and compliant with hygiene standards. * Create, update, and track after‑sales service (SAV) case files. * Assist in the transition to IT‑based logistics flows and support digital record keeping. * Enter sales and purchase orders into the system as required.
