**Job Title:** Inside Sales Account Manager **Role Summary:** Drive customer satisfaction by advising drivers on vehicle and mobility solutions, managing contract compliance, identifying new service opportunities, and providing responsive support through phone and email while collaborating with internal experts. **Expectations:** - Work independently, quickly acquiring product and process knowledge. - Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards. - Apply analytical thinking to improve processes. - Meet individual and team sales/objective targets. - Exhibit a dynamic, collaborative attitude with strong communication, respect, and helpfulness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Guide customers in selecting cars or alternative transport options. - Monitor and ensure adherence to contract terms (car policies, framework agreements). - Identify emerging customer needs and propose Arval products (charging stations, insurance, fuel cards, bicycles, car‑sharing). - Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, coordinating with purchasing, insurance, maintenance, and other experts. **Required Skills:** - Commercial drive with a results‑oriented mindset. - Strong hands‑on and adaptable approach. - Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility. - Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Detail‑oriented with focus on quality service. - Dynamic personality, proactive team player, and effective communicator. - Proficiency in Dutch and French (both written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
