Job Title: Sales Development Representative – Belgium Role Summary: Generate and qualify high‑value leads for a legal AI platform within Belgium and neighbouring markets, driving pipeline growth and supporting account executives. Expactations: Deliver consistent outbound prospecting, meet monthly qualified lead targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide local market insights to inform GTM strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify potential legal and enterprise accounts. - Qualify leads, initiate conversations, and guide prospects through early sales stages. - Schedule discovery calls for account executives and manage the flow of qualified opportunities. - Track and report outreach metrics and pipeline status in HubSpot/Salesforce. - Monitor local legal sector trends and relay actionable insights to marketing and product teams. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to refine GTM campaigns and messaging. Required Skills: - Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken); French a plus. - Minimum 1 year of B2B sales development, inside sales, or business development experience in tech/SaaS. - Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and email automation platforms. - Strong cold‑calling, email outreach, and lead‑qualification abilities. - Self‑motivated, adaptable in a fast‑paced startup/scale‑up environment. - Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and curiosity. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - HubSpot Sales Software Certification or equivalent sales enablement certification (preferred).
