Job Title: Executive Assistant and Business Support Partner, Obesity
Role Summary:
Provide senior‑level executive support to the Senior Director of the Private Obesity Business Unit, while independently managing complex business projects, process improvements, and stakeholder communications in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
Expectations:
- Own initiatives from scope through delivery, ensuring alignment with senior leadership priorities.
- Maintain a high level of commercial and financial awareness, driving business‑impact decisions.
- Communicate professionally with all stakeholders, delivering clear, concise messaging and compelling presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all executive-level meetings, events, and agendas; capture actions and follow‑up to guarantee priority completion.
- Lead multi‑phase project initiatives, track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and report status to senior leaders.
- Analyse and streamline business processes; propose actionable recommendations to increase efficiency.
- Support planning, reviews, and evaluations of high‑priority initiatives and strategic programmes.
- Liaise with internal and external senior stakeholders, clarifying scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Produce professional communications – announcements, briefing documents, reports, and slide decks – in partnership with relevant teams.
Required Skills:
- Project management and executive assistance experience in dynamic, fast‑paced settings.
- Strong organisational ability, multitasking, and decision‑making under pressure.
- Commercial and financial literacy with a proven record of business‑focused activity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create persuasive presentations and concise messaging.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working with senior EAs and business leaders.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred but not mandatory.
