Job Description
Job title: Process Engineer – Converting Role Summary: Optimize converting production lines to enhance industrial performance, product quality, and operational safety. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, support new product qualification, and drive digitalization of process monitoring tools. Expactations: - Minimum 2 years experience in an industrial environment, preferably in process engineering or continuous improvement. - Proven ability to analyze production performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement projects that deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse line performance data, identify efficiency, quality, ergonomics, and safety improvement levers. - Deploy process optimization projects in collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality teams. - Monitor key performance indicators (machine performance, material losses, downtime) and propose corrective action plans. - Participate in qualification of new products and packaging on converting lines. - Contribute to digitalization of monitoring tools and data exploitation (e.g., Power BI dashboards). - Ensure compliance with process standards and safety regulations. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills using industrial analysis tools. - Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methods. - Working proficiency with Power BI or similar data‑analysis platforms. - Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and propose autonomous initiatives. - Operational English for international collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bac +5 (or equivalent) in industrial engineering, process engineering, or related discipline from an accredited engineering school.
