Strategic Alliances Business Development & Partnerships Associate Intern
**Role Summary:**
Support the Strategic Alliances team in identifying, evaluating, and securing technology partners that enhance ZS’s client offerings and market presence. The role involves market research, competitive analysis, partnership pipeline management, and preparation of presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
**Expectations:**
- Enrolled in the final or penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Strong academic record in analytical and quantitative coursework (business, economics, analytics, etc.).
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Client‑first mindset, high work ethic, and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct research on potential technology partners, mapping capabilities, value propositions, and strategic fit with ZS.
- Develop pitch decks, partner briefs, and internal presentations for leadership and alliance discussions.
- Perform competitive and market analysis to uncover partnership opportunities and whitespace.
- Coordinate partner meetings, workshops, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Manage alliance pipeline data, maintain partner documentation, and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, delivery, and product teams to support joint initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Analytical and research proficiency with keen attention to detail.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Interest in consulting, business strategy, alliances, or partnerships.
- Knowledge of technology platforms (AWS, DB, MSFT), healthcare, life sciences, or analytics is a plus.
- Familiarity with market research, competitive intelligence, or CRM tools.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
