Job Title: Machine Learning Researcher – 3D Role Summary: Conduct cutting‑edge research in 3‑D machine learning, translating academic findings into deployable prototypes for 3‑D generation, reconstruction, and scene understanding. Expectations: Early‑career researcher or post‑doc with a strong academic record, ideally complemented by an initial industry stint; demonstrates high autonomy, rapid prototyping skills, and the ability to bridge research with product delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead ML research projects focused on 3‑D tasks (NeRF, diffusion, meshes, point clouds, implicit representations). - Rapidly prototype, experiment, and validate new approaches derived from recent publications. - Convert research outcomes into production‑ready solutions in collaboration with product and engineering teams. - Curate, clean, and expand datasets; generate synthetic data where needed. - Coordinate with internal studios to align research with real‑world use cases. - Contribute to scientific dissemination through literature reviews, publications, and conference participation. Required Skills: *Hard Skills* – Deep learning (PyTorch) expertise; strong grasp of 3‑D ML problems (NeRF, diffusion, meshes, point clouds, implicit forms); ability to read, critique, and implement state‑of‑the‑art papers; rapid prototyping and experimentation. *Soft Skills* – Scientific curiosity, critical thinking; clear communication for non‑research audiences; self‑direction, meticulousness, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, 3‑D Graphics, or related field. Language Proficiency: Advanced English (C1).
