**Job Title**
HRIS Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the deployment, enhancement, and reliability of the Group’s HRIS systems across multiple sites. Manage end‑to‑end HRIS projects—including needs analysis, configuration, testing, training, and rollout—while continuously improving existing tools, ensuring data quality, and supporting users.
**Expectations**
- Deliver HRIS projects on time, within scope, and to stakeholder standards.
- Maintain high data integrity and secure data practices.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and integrators.
- Drive HR process improvements and change adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Project Management** – Plan, execute, and close HRIS initiatives; conduct requirements gathering, system configuration, user acceptance testing, and deployment.
2. **Stakeholder Coordination** – Facilitate communication between HR, IT, business units, vendors, and external integrators.
3. **Change Management** – Develop and deliver training, user guides, and operational documentation; ensure smooth transition for end users.
4. **System Evolution** – Identify, formalize, and prioritize functional enhancements; collaborate with vendors on releases and customizations.
5. **Process Improvement** – Analyze and optimize HR processes through HRIS functionalities.
6. **Data Quality & Governance** – Implement data validation, automation, and best practices; prevent double entry and reduce error risk.
7. **Security & Compliance** – Enforce data protection standards, monitor GDPR and other regulatory requirements, and strengthen cyber‑security measures.
8. **User Support** – Provide first‑level support, troubleshoot issues, and act as the operational liaison between users and the project team.
**Required Skills**
- Proven HRIS project experience (implementation or continuous improvement).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Project management fundamentals (planning, risk, scope).
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance in HRIS contexts.
- Multilingual communication preferred but not mandatory.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant HRIS or project‑management certifications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
