Job Description
**Job Title:** HR Business Partner **Role Summary** Provide strategic HR leadership to support business performance, organizational effectiveness, and workforce development in a manufacturing environment. **Expectations** - Translate business plans into actionable HR strategies and solutions. - Deliver tactical and strategic workforce initiatives to meet business goals. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training programs. - Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and change management processes. - Ensure compliance with global HR policies and regional/divisional practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with operational and growth objectives. - Support recruitment and retention strategies, including partnership with technical recruiters. - Monitor and report on HR KPIs and performance metrics. - Advise on employee relations matters and conflict resolution. - Maintain HR information systems and manage employee lifecycle processes. - Champion company values and culture (customer focus, integrity, action, unity, precision). - Lead HR projects and business improvement initiatives as required. **Required Skills** - Demonstrated HR management expertise in manufacturing sectors. - Experience working in multi-site or matrix organizations. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and data administration. - Strong communication, coaching, and leadership abilities. - Talent development and performance management skills. - Change management and stakeholder negotiation capabilities. - Administrative and project management competencies. **Required Education & Certifications** - CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification. - Graduate degree in HR or related field preferred.
