Senior Product Manager - Consumer
**Role Summary**
Lead product strategy and execution for the consumer-facing domain, driving customer-centric solutions that grow business metrics and improve user experience. Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post‑launch optimization, working cross‑functionally with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and sales.

- Operate in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, prioritising initiatives and balancing vision with execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own product strategy and roadmap for the consumer domain, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Conduct discovery activities: market research, customer interviews, user testing, and analysis of usage data.
- Prioritise features using product scoring frameworks and data‑driven insights.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and sales to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Define success metrics, set up measurement frameworks, and analyse performance post‑launch to inform iteration.
- Advocate for the customer by translating insights into actionable product requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communication and keep all parties informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, marketplace, or B2B2C platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering quantifiable business results.
- Strong discovery and experimentation skills, including user research, A/B testing, and data analysis.
- Strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to balance long‑term vision and day‑to‑day execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Conversational proficiency in English; additional language skills (Spanish, UK, Polish, Portuguese) are a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or related field.
- Relevant product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, CSPO) are advantageous but not mandatory.
