**Job title** Customer Success & Delivery Specialist (SaaS / Platform / Cloud) Hybrid **Role Summary** Drive onboarding, adoption, and long‑term satisfaction for the Risk Data and Services (RDS) platform. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, solutions, and support teams to retain and expand enterprise customer relationships, primarily in Europe. **Expactations** - Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal. - Maintain high retention and advocacy, achieving client satisfaction above market average. - Act as a proxy for customers within the organization, influencing product and service evolution. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver exceptional service and support that increases product adoption and usage. - Track and report on key customer‑success KPIs: usage, satisfaction, retention, expansion. - Collaborate with sales, solution development, and support to launch engagement initiatives and drive growth. - Define and implement scalable processes and workflows for onboarding, adoption, and retention. - Develop strong relationships with key customers, providing ongoing value realization. - Stay current on industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitor offerings to refine success initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proven post‑sales account management experience in SaaS / cloud / platform environments. - Highly responsive, customer‑centric attitude with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Business proficiency in English and French; additional European languages (Spanish, Italian, etc.) are advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field. - Certifications in customer success, SaaS account management, or related disciplines are a plus.
