Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager – Industrial IT (IT Service Delivery) **Role Summary** Lead delivery of industrial CAD/CAM integration projects for industry 4.0, managing end‑to‑end project lifecycle from requirement analysis to final handover. Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and contractual compliance. **Expectations** - Deliver multiple CAD/CAM projects (100 k–2 M €) using Agile/Scrum and V‑model practices. - Self‑start end‑to‑end project planning, resource negotiation and risk management. - Maintain data quality in ERP and communicate performance via KPI dashboards to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and monitor project schedules (Microsoft Project, AirTable). - Negotiate resources (human, financial, schedule, equipment) based on project progress. - Track technical progress of client‑side, suppliers and subcontractors. - Analyse risk & dependency plans, update action plans. - Organise and lead client meetings (KOM, COSUI, COMOP) and internal steering committees (POP). - Present status reports, KPIs (quality, cost, schedule). - Manage client relations, contract limits and contractual disputes. - Ensure ERP data integrity (work‑load plan, financial tracking, margin analysis). **Required Skills** - Minimum 4 years’ Agile/Scrum project management in industrial settings (energy, oil & gas, naval, pharma) and experience in delivering BIM/PLM solutions. - Proven end‑to‑end project leadership in a SME environment. - Strong scheduling, tool, and V‑model methodology skills. - Experience supporting pre‑sales (needs clarification). - Leadership, team facilitation, stakeholder communication, concise writing. - Proactive problem‑solving, strong critical thinking. - Proficiency in Power BI, JIRA, Microsoft Project, Office 365. - Knowledge of BIM/PLM is a significant advantage. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certification preferred. **Language Requirements** - French (C2) and English (C1 minimum).
