Job Title: Systems Analyst / Developer (Oracle)
Role Summary:
Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBSC) and Oracle APEX solutions for finance, HR, procurement, and project accounting. Deliver customizations, reports, and integrations (Snaplogic, BI Publisher) in a complex, cloud-enabled environment, ensuring adherence to development standards and optimal production performance.
Expectations:
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet user requirements and business process needs.
- Maintain production systems, promptly resolve urgent issues, and support post-deployment enhancements.
- Stay current with Oracle releases, patches, and emerging integration tools to evaluate and apply new functionality.
- Document designs, coding, and integration logic clearly for audit and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs for Oracle modules (HRMS, OTL, G/L, A/P, A/R, P/O, Project Accounting).
- Develop and unit‑test Oracle PL/SQL programs, BI Publisher templates, and concurrent programs per EBS development standards.
- Build and maintain data interfaces and integrations using Snaplogic, SFTP, and related ETL tools; support external bank, taxation, and client data feeds.
- Create and refine Oracle APEX applications for internal corporate tools and ERP UI enhancements.
- Support production environment: monitor extensions, interfaces, & reports; troubleshoot issues; provide one‑time data queries.
- Evaluate applicability of patches, upgrades, and new Oracle features, assessing impact on customizations and reporting.
- Document technical specifications, system design, and change requests in the RFC management process.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Oracle E-Business Suite (Enterprise One or later) development (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher).
- Experience with Oracle APEX development and web application design.
- Knowledge of data integration platforms, especially Snaplogic, and SFTP/API integration techniques.
- Understanding of finance, HR, procurement, and project accounting business processes within Oracle EBS.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support after‑hours maintenance when needed.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Oracle E-Business Suite certification (e.g., OCE, OE) and/or Oracle APEX certification preferred.
- Industry certifications in finance, HR, or procurement process design are a plus.
