Job Description
Job title: Marketing Support Officer Role Summary: Provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support in a dynamic professional services setting. Coordinate events, manage digital content, and maintain marketing records to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Expectations: • Deliver high-quality marketing deliverables within tight deadlines. • Exhibit strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills. • Engage proactively across multiple projects and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute seminars, webinars, training sessions, and networking events (invites, bookings, logistics). • Produce event materials: agendas, presentations, and follow‑up communications. • Draft, edit, and upload website content (articles, news, profiles) via CMS. • Create newsletters, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/social media posts. • Assist in marketing collateral, PR announcements, proofreading, and industry directory/award submissions. • Maintain accurate client data and feedback in the CRM system. • Manage marketing calendars, generate reports, track statistics, and perform general administration. Required Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail. • Experience with CMS platforms (preferably WordPress) and digital marketing tools. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities. • Ability to produce accurate content under pressure. • Prior administration experience in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. • No mandatory certifications required; familiarity with CMS and marketing automation tools is desirable.
