Job Description
**Job Title:** E-commerce IT Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead e-commerce and omnichannel digital transformation projects for luxury and retail clients, focusing on platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and in-house developers to deliver functional solutions and optimize customer experience. **Expectations:** - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT/digital roles. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or university (preferred: IT/Digital/Information Systems focus). **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and formalize business needs for e-commerce workflows. - Draft functional and technical specifications in French and English. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, WarRoom, Go/NoGo). - Prioritize user stories, bugs, and enhancements with the Product Owner. - Monitor SFCC developments, releases, and functional testing (UAT, TNR). - Track production bugs and ensure post-implementation support. - Design project roadmaps in alignment with technical and business teams. - Deliver end-user documentation, training, and change management. - Manage project reporting and client relations. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or related e-commerce platforms. - Agile methodology (Scrum/SAFe) experience in roles like Business Analyst, AMOA, or Proxy Product Owner. - Risk management, multi-stakeholder coordination, and project planning for complex initiatives. - Strong analytical skills for process audits and identifying improvement opportunities. - Leadership to mobilize teams, sponsors, and business stakeholders. - Fluency in English for cross-functional collaboration; bilingual French/English for client specs. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering, business, or university degree (ideally in IT/Digital/Information Systems). - No explicit certifications required.
