**Job Title**
Manager BI / Data Analytics
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, delivery, and governance of business intelligence, data quality, and master data management solutions for clients. Own end‑to‑end project lifecycles, from solution selection and process redesign to stakeholder workshops, documentation, and change management. Drive client relationships and support pre‑sales activities while managing and developing a multidisciplinary project team.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Solution Delivery** – Select and implement IT solutions for BI/MDM.
2. **Process Analysis** – Audit, formalize, and redesign business processes.
3. **Stakeholder Engagement** – Conduct workshops, gather user requirements, and manage expectations.
4. **Documentation** – Draft functional and technical specifications, RFPs, and business cases.
5. **Resource Forecasting** – Estimate human, financial, and technical resources needed.
6. **Project Management** – Lead E2E project activities: scheduling, budgeting, reporting, risk management, and multi‑stakeholder coordination.
7. **Team Coordination** – Supervise project teams, mentor consultants, and oversee recruitment efforts.
8. **Change Management** – Develop transition plans, produce training materials, and facilitate adoption of new practices.
9. **Commercial Insight** – Identify data‑driven commercial opportunities and feed insights back to sales.
10. **Client Relationship** – Maintain regular communication, manage expectations, and support pre‑sales pipelines.
**Required Skills**
- Agile & Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Design Thinking).
- Complex project management (planning, risk assessment, multi‑actor coordination).
- Change management and adoption facilitation.
- Process audit and diagnostic to uncover efficiency levers.
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Team development, coaching, and performance management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university with an IT/Digital/Information Systems focus.
- (Optional) Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
