**Job Title** IT Strategic Planning & Innovation Manager **Role Summary** Senior leader responsible for translating the organization’s strategic objectives into actionable IT roadmaps. Guides three key services—Enterprise/Business Domain Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Digital Innovation—to ensure alignment with business priorities, oversee budget planning, and drive digital transformation through emerging technologies and data initiatives. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end strategic planning and innovation initiatives. - Align IT capabilities with business needs, ensuring seamless integration of data, architecture, and technology. - Maintain and optimize multi‑year budgets and resource allocation. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all IT functions. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and lead the department’s policy, strategy, and action plans. - Translate executive strategy into detailed roadmaps for Service Delivery, IT Solutions, and IT Infrastructure. - Lead Business Relationship Management: identify strategic business needs, build trust, and create value through Enterprise/Business Domain Architecture. - Develop and maintain business capability maps, aligning them with technology and data architecture. - Collaborate with Corporate to devise data strategy, data architecture, and data consistency frameworks; oversee data product delivery and KPI monitoring. - Champion innovation: evaluate, introduce, and validate new digital solutions (especially AI‑based) and work methods to accelerate transformation. - Ensure governance and compliance with Data/Innovation Board mandates. - Coach, develop, evaluate, and recruit team members; drive performance and professional growth. - Manage budgetary responsibilities and apply project management techniques to deliver on time and within cost. - Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. **Required Skills** - Strategic and analytical thinking. - Expertise in Business Relationship Management (BRM). - Deep knowledge of Business Domain Architecture. - Strong background in Data & Analytics strategy. - Proficiency in digital innovation, AI, and emerging technologies. - Project management and budgeting capabilities. - Leadership, coaching, and team development. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement. - Change management and initiative launch. - Business acumen and ability to align technology with business outcomes. - Multilingual: fluent in Dutch/French and English (or equivalent). **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of senior IT or regulated sector experience (banking, pharma, etc.). - Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Certified Data Management Professional, or Agile credentials are an advantage.

Job Title: Risk Engineer IT Role Summary The Risk Engineer IT ensures proactive identification, quantification, and management of operational and project risks across the Information Systems domain, aligning with corporate ERM strategies and processes. Expectations - Deliver continuous improvement of risk policies and procedures. - Promote ERM principles and secure stakeholder adoption of risk tools. - Provide actionable risk insights to maintain operational excellence and project delivery. Key Responsibilities - Develop and refine risk management policies, processes, and procedures. - Apply ERM principles to operational activities and secure compliance with corporate or TS levels. - Facilitate risk education, coaching, and maturity building for Information Systems teams. - Identify and assess cross‑cutting risks; support (macro) risk assessments. - Challenge and monitor mitigation plans, ensuring timely action and opportunity realization. - Coach risk‑treatment stakeholders and simplify complex concepts. - Detect and manage emerging risks. - Produce monthly risk reports for project managers, maintenance leads, and Information Systems leadership. Required Skills - Proven experience in Risk Management and Project Management. - Strong knowledge of risk standards and methodologies. - Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills. - Ability to lead workshops, influence cross‑functional teams, and articulate complex ideas simply. - Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, client orientation, assertiveness, rigor, and collaborative leadership. - Technical fluency with JIRA a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - Valid certifications in Risk Management (e.g., ISO 31000, PMI-RMP) preferred. Languages - Fluency in French or Dutch with competent knowledge of the other national language; English proficiency required.
