Business Development, Digital Marketing & Commercial Intelligence Associate
**Role Summary**
Drive market visibility and inbound pipeline for Life Sciences and Health Investing practices by orchestrating digital marketing, thought leadership activation, event promotion, and commercial intelligence. Serve as the connective tissue between multiple practices, ensuring coherent messaging and opportunities are captured.

- Deliver compelling, audience‑specific content that translates thought leadership into market‑ready assets.
- Own and continuously optimize the organization’s digital footprint, ensuring high searchability and differentiation.
- Build and maintain a proactive view of commercial opportunities, using CRM, RFP portals, and industry insights to keep a net‑loss free pipeline.
- Provide strategic oversight of conference and event presence, turning participation into measurable visibility.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Content Marketing**
- Translate intellectual assets into industry‑relevant content for pharma, biotech, MedTech, and PE audiences.
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with service lines and priority themes (innovation uptake, obesity, etc.).
- Produce case studies, sector commentaries, and post‑event summaries.
2. **Digital Presence & SEO**
- Oversee website content, ensuring practice‑level copy highlights differentiators.
- Monitor search performance, conversion metrics, and competitor gaps; implement GEO‑optimizations as AI discovery evolves.
3. **Social Media & External Channels**
- Curate a consistent, brand‑aligned voice on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Schedule and publish content, track mentions, and amplify engagements.
4. **Event & Conference Management**
- Maintain a calendar of priority conferences; coordinate promotion, on‑site activities, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Secure speaking slots and thought‑leadership positions to elevate brand presence.
5. **Commercial Opportunity Intelligence**
- Audit CRM for target accounts and key contacts.
- Track RFP portals (NHS, pharma frameworks, NICE, MHRA, etc.), extract themes, and inform positioning.
- Highlight existing MSAs and support practice leads in leveraging them.
6. **Cross‑Practice Alignment**
- Harmonize messaging across Life Sciences and Health Investing.
- Coordinate shared audience initiatives to maximize reach and avoid siloed activities.
**Required Skills**
- Strong digital marketing expertise: content creation, SEO, analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, social media management tools, and LinkedIn publishing.
- CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent) and familiarity with RFP portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to speak to commercial and clinical audiences.
- Project management and event coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) in digital marketing for B2B, preferably in healthcare or life‑sciences sectors.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, or similar) are strongly preferred.
