Expectations: - Prioritise student success and well‑being. - Build respectful, supportive relationships with pupils and their families. - Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team (teachers, SENDCO, pastoral staff). - Communicate clearly and sensitively with students and adults. - Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs, including SEND. - Uphold high behaviour standards and model positive choices. - Plan and deliver structured interventions within established guidelines. - Remain organised, reliable, professional and reflective, actively seeking feedback. - Commit to ongoing learning and career development.
