**Job title:** Deployment Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the deployment of new digital health functionalities for the national “Carte Vitale” application, acting as the key liaison between last‑mile users, technical teams, and external partners. Monitor adoption, gather user feedback, refine product priorities, and ensure successful roll‑outs across the health sector. **Expactations:** - Achieve high user adoption rates for new features; measured by usage metrics and satisfaction surveys. - Deliver projects on schedule and within scope while maintaining compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards. - Communicate progress and risks clearly to stakeholders and adjust plans based on data‑driven insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze clinical and user usage data to identify needs and improvement opportunities. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, decision‑making, communication, support) and facilitate stakeholder meetings. - Translate user and business needs into actionable product enhancements and backlog items. - Oversee the launch of new features, ensuring training, documentation, and change management activities are completed. - Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for deployment status and user engagement. - Manage external partner relationships related to product integration and certification. **Required Skills:** - Project management experience (deployment, product marketing, or similar) in healthcare or digital services. - Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools. - Excellent written and oral communication; persuasive presentation skills. - Competence in digital communication platforms (web, social media) and standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat). - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Relevant project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master).
