Job Description
**Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary:** Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Sales CPQ) to ensure reliable user access, data integrity, and functional performance. Provide technical support, configure system features, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance CRM processes within a global, multilingual environment. **Expectations:** - Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and sharing settings. - Maintain data quality, perform imports/updates, and resolve migration issues. - Deliver timely technical support and troubleshoot incidents. - Stay current on Salesforce releases and pursue relevant certifications. - Produce clear documentation and adhere to ISO 27001 standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create/manage users, roles, profiles, queues, and sharing rules. - Configure home pages, page layouts, custom objects, fields, picklists, and duplicate rules. - Develop and maintain approval processes using Flows. - Conduct system testing, validation, and post‑implementation reviews. - Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards. - Perform data imports, mass updates, and data cleansing initiatives. - Collaborate with developers to maintain Apex classes as needed. - Contribute to solution lifecycle activities (pitch, POC, rollout). - Lead workshops and training sessions for end‑users. **Required Skills:** - Proven Salesforce administration experience (configuration, user management, automation, AppExchange). - Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Sales CPQ. - Ability to interpret data models, workflow diagrams, and system architecture. - Excellent organizational skills; capable of handling multiple priorities independently. - Strong verbal and written communication; fluent in English and French. - Customer‑service mindset with proactive problem‑solving. - Analytical, detail‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. - Comfortable facilitating workshops and training sessions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; additional certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist) desirable.
