Job Description
Job title: Responsible AI Consultant Role Summary: Provide expert guidance to clients on managing AI risks, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, and embedding responsible AI practices across business functions. Expectations: - Lead end‑to‑end responsible AI projects. - Serve as a trusted advisor on emerging regulations, ethical considerations, and risk mitigation. - Translate technical AI concepts for non‑technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct AI risk assessments and ethical evaluations for client systems. - Design and implement Responsible AI governance processes and frameworks. - Support sales efforts by articulating the value of Responsible AI. - Advise internal development teams on responsible AI policies, standards, and best practices. - Stay current with regulations (EU AI Act, GDPR, etc.) and emerging standards (NIST, ISO). - Develop methodologies and tools for AI risk management (e.g., Model Cards, Datasheets). - Bridge AI/data teams, controlling functions, and business units to ensure cohesive governance. Required Skills: - 3–5 years of consulting experience in technology, risk, or compliance with proven governance development. - Deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (including large language models). - Ability to identify and evaluate AI risks (bias, privacy, security, explainability). - Proficiency in stakeholder management; effective communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. - Certifications in data privacy, risk management, or AI ethics (e.g., Certified Information Privacy Professional, Risk Management Professional) are preferred.
