Job Title: Automation Technical Manager (M/F) Role Summary: Lead and manage the automation and industrial IT lifecycle within a defense-oriented organization, overseeing control‑and‑command zones from design through integration, testing, and maintenance. Provide technical direction, coordination with project leads, and supervision of a multidisciplinary engineering and technician team. Expectations: - Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial automation, including PLC and SCADA. - Bachelor’s to Master’s level (Bac +3 to +5). - Proven ability to mentor engineers and technicians and act as the technical bridge between project management and execution. - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity requirements and obsolescence management in defense systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Own one or more functional control zones, managing source code, documentation, and test assets. 2.
