Job Description
**Job Title:** Client Service Executive (Investment Management) **Role Summary:** Support Investment Directors by managing the full client lifecycle, delivering high‑quality service, and maintaining strong client relationships for a boutique investment management firm. **Expectations:** - Provide professional, client‑focused service with strong attention to detail. - Meet deadlines and manage time effectively in a fast‑growing environment. - Identify and propose process improvements. - Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, account opening, transfers, payments, and amendments. - Support quarterly portfolio valuations and related administration. - Serve as primary contact for client queries; lead discussions in client meetings. - Gather and relay information to support client suitability assessments. - Foster and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Work closely with Investment Managers and external partners to ensure smooth operations. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in client‑facing roles within investment management or financial services. - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Excellent time‑management and organizational skills. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general IT aptitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ICAEW) are advantageous but not mandatory.
