Job Description
**Job Title** Studio Coordinator / Manager **Role Summary** Support and sustain day‑to‑day studio operations for an architecture practice, while contributing to marketing, bid development, communications, and studio culture. **Expectations** - 12‑month maternity cover, with option for full‑time or 4‑day week. - Work within a small, collaborative design team. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee daily studio functions and maintain an organised, professional environment. - Manage shared inboxes, diary scheduling, travel arrangements, and general studio administration. - Lead weekly admin meetings, record minutes and track action items. - Coordinate internal and external events, team activities and staff schedules. - Support Health & Safety compliance and quality assurance processes. - Update website, manage social media, and assist with broader marketing activities. - Draft press releases, liaise with media contacts, and support PR initiatives. - Produce marketing collateral and bid materials using InDesign. - Attend new‑business meetings and update the business opportunity tracker. - Identify lead opportunities, competitions and growth prospects. - Provide HR administrative support: recruitment coordination, onboarding, policy administration, and performance reviews. - Process expenses, prepare invoices and assist with basic financial administration. - Foster a positive, collaborative studio culture. **Required Skills** - Proven experience as a Studio Manager, Coordinator, or PA in an architectural or design studio. - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat. - Understanding of architectural workflows and RIBA stages. - Comfortable supporting marketing, communications or business development. **Required Education & Certifications** - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Business Management or related discipline. ---
